SUICIDAL TENDENCIES Commence Work On New CD
September 12, 2002SUICIDAL TENDENCIES have commenced work on the material for their forthcoming album, tentatively due in early 2003.
The following is a message posted yesterday by SUICIDAL TENDENCIES frontman Mike Muir via the band's official web site:
"Today we'll be in the studio working on new ST songs. Last year, we were in the studio late into the morning of [September] 11th. There's no words to describe that day, at that time. The only thing I know is no one really felt like being in the studio for quite sometime after that. Since we started jamming with the Brunner brothers [drummer Ron Brunner Jr., and bassist Steve Brunner], the excitement of playing music again has really taken hold of us. We went into the studio before the European tour and were really happy with the results. We're gonna record some new songs now before I go leave town on a business trip. When I get back, we'll get back locked into some more tracks and hopefully we can get a early 2003 new CD release. Anyhow, hopefully today will be alot different then last year, and no crazy people will try and pull and stupid shit. Stay strong, stay cyco!"
